Do you accept insurance?
We will be happy to help you maximize your insurance benefits. We offer e-filing. This allows for quicker and direct reimbursement to the patient. In addition, when we discuss your treatment needs, we will always estimate what portion you can expect your insurance to reimburse.
While our experienced insurance specialist creates the estimate, please understand that your insurance company will make the final determination. In other words, we can’t guarantee our estimate. We accept personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
For treatment plans requiring multiple appointments, payments may be divided, with half of the total amount due at the first appointment and the remainder before final treatment. If you’d like a deferred payment options, we accept CapitalOne medical financing. Ask us for details.

All of our doctors have received special training in the latest techniques to make dental procedures as painless as possible. We’ll tour your mouth with you, with the help of our cameras, so you can see and understand our prescribed treatment plan. Informed patients make good decisions, so if at any time you have questions about your treatment plan, please ask.
What do I do if I have a dental emergency after office hours?
The doctors and staff at Windermere Village Dentistry understand that dental emergencies don’t always happen during business hours. Your comfort and health are our utmost priority. Someone will be available to answer your questions and aid you should you experience a dental problem.

Do you refer patients to specialists?
While we are trained and equipped to handle many dental issues in our office, when a specialist would better serve you, we'll refer.
Some dental specialists are oral surgeons, periodontists (supporting structures), endodontists (internal tooth problems), orthodontists (for moving teeth), and pedodontists (for children). We refer to only trusted professionals with whom we have a good rapport.

What are mini implant dentures?

My smile is missing teeth. What do you suggest I do?
You'll need to first schedule a consultation with the dentist. The dentist can assess your oral health and discuss options for replacement teeth. In general, you can choose from crown and bridgework, partial or full dentures, or dental implants.

Will I be charged if I need to cancel an appointment?
Your time is an invaluable commodity, as is the time of all of our valued patients. If you let us know that you will miss an appointment, we will give another person your time slot.
Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to assess a fee to your file if you do not give us this courtesy.
