While our experienced insurance specialist creates the estimate, please understand that your insurance company will make the final determination. In other words, we can’t guarantee our estimate. We accept personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
For treatment plans requiring multiple appointments, payments may be divided, with half of the total amount due at the first appointment and the remainder before final treatment. If you’d like a deferred payment options, we accept CapitalOne medical financing. Ask us for details.
